Always Say A Prayer!

There’s work to do, deadlines to meet;
You’ve got no time to spare,
But as you hurry and scurry-
ASAP - ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER

In the midst of family chaos,
“Quality time” is rare.
Do your best; let God do the rest-
ASAP - ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER.

It may seem like your worries
Are more than you can bear.
Slow down and take a breather-
ASAP - ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER

God knows how stressful life is;
He wants to ease our cares,
And He’ll respond to all your needs
A.S.A.P. - ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER.

Have a Blessed Day! Remember we have t-shirt and candle fundraisers for your church, group, organization. Send me an email jrlivn4jc247@aol.com  I’ll give you the information you need. Go to our other websites and sites of the friends of this ministry from our links section of this blog.

Jesus Loves you! and again remember! Always say a prayer! Prayer changes things!

Consolation

When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.  Psalm 94:19

There is never a day so dim

But God can make it bright

And to the soul that seeks Him

He gives songs in the night.

There is never a path so hidden

But God can lead the way

If we seek the Spirit’s quidance

           and patiently wait and pray.

There is never a cross so heavy

           But Jesus’ hands are there

To hold you with gentle compassion

The burden to help you bear.

There is never a heart so broken

But our loving Lord can heal

The heart that was pierced on Calvery

Does for his loved ones feel.

There is never a sin or sorrow

There is never a care or loss

But that we may bring to Jesus

And leave at the foot of the Cross.

Monday morning Laugh! Pass it on!

                             Dear Lord
                      So far today, God, I’ve
                           done all right.
                  I haven’t gossiped, haven’t
                          lost my temper,
                       haven’t been greedy,
                      grumpy, nasty, selfish
                         or over-indulgent.
                     I’m really glad about that.
But in a few minutes, God,
                               I’m going
to get out of bed, and from
                                then on
                      I’m probably going to
                      need a lot more help!

J.R. on tract this week!  www.livn4jc.com   www.livn4jcstore.com

Prayer is all I need!

Thank you to those who have prayed for this ministry and me. Right now I need your continued prayers for a healing in my hip and back. My right hip is wanting to be stiff and almost locked up. It is not wanting to rotate or be to flexible. I have been sitting on it wrong on my couch, now it is hard to sit almost anywhere without joint pain in my hip. I have been taking glocosamine chondroitin with MSM for some years now. It’s almost like I am not taking it, However I am. I am wanting to avoid any major complications from this. I know as I’ve said in the past, Prayer changes things! It has in the past and I know it wil continue in the future. Thank you for continued prayer! I know this to shall pass! For more great reads and info you may go into the archives of this blog and read some entries there. Have a great day!

Qoute of the day: Things turn out best for folks who make the best out of the way things turn out.

Hopefully I been doing that for a few years now! Expecting a great breakthrough in the lord in all areas of my life! I hope the same for you!

Jesus Love and mine!

J.R. on tract today dispite a aching hip joint!

Pray! Seek the Lord! While he may be found!

Jesus Christ said: “ASK AND IT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU;
SEEK, AND YOU WILL FIND; KNOCK, AND IT WILL BE
   OPENED TO YOU.”
                          ( MATTHEW 7:7 *NKJV )

   Dear Readers,
As I have said to you before, I believe that prayer is one
of the most powerful things on Earth!  THEREFORE I SAY TO
YOU, WHATEVER THINGS YOU ASK WHEN YOU PRAY,
BELIEVE THAT YOU RECEIVE THEM, AND YOU WILL
HAVE THEM. ( MARK 11:24 )  This is because; THE EYES
OF THE LORD ARE ON THE RIGHTEOUS, AND HIS EARS
ARE OPEN TO THEIR PRAYERS.  ( 1 PETER 3:12 )

These verses do not mean that everything
we may pray for we will get, however they do mean that if it is
God’s will for us, our prayer requests will be answered! After
all God knows what is best for us, and sometimes what we
pray for would end up hurting us in the long run.  So trust in
God’s judgment, after all only He knows the future!

Therefore always: DEVOTE YOURSELVES TO PRAYER,
BEING WATCHFUL AND THANKFUL.  AND PRAY FOR US,
TOO, THAT GOD MAY OPEN A DOOR FOR OUR MESSAGE
SO THAT WE MAY PROCLAIM THE MYSTERY OF CHRIST.
PRAY THAT WE MAY PROCLAIM IT CLEARLY, AS I
   SHOULD.  ( COLOSSIANS 4:2-4 )

Also know: WE ALWAYS THANK GOD FOR ALL OF YOU,
MENTIONING YOU IN OUR PRAYERS.  WE CONTINUALLY
REMEMBER BEFORE OUR GOD AND FATHER YOUR
WORK PRODUCED BY FAITH, YOUR LABOR PROMPTED BY
LOVE, AND YOUR ENDURANCE INSPIRED BY HOPE IN OUR
   LORD JESUS CHRIST.             ( 1 THESSALONIANS 1:2-3 )

have a wonderful day, and may it be filled
with the Grace of God!   Amen.

To your Health!

I have been a consumer of mental health services for a number of years. I have come to learn that God uses Doctors and some medicines to heal. Some of the man made medicines have severe side effects. I am doing well now, however, deal with some negative side effects. Through prayer, seeking the Lord, and healing only he can do, I have found vitamins and herbs to be very beneficial. I wish that way early on I had discovered fish oil, I have learned that our brain needs a certain amount of fats to fight depression and have normal brain function. Omega 3’s are found in Salmon, a fatty fish and fish oils, I currently take 3 capsules of 1000 mgs. a day. It can thin your blood so be carefull, My mother was told to take 10 capsules a day to lower her cholesterol and triglycerides, you may have to check my spelling, any way they are also great for you heart and depression. Back when I was trying to loss weight early on in my life, I cut back on fat content. Which I some time wonder if this had not contributed to the depression. Since our brain needs some fats. I don’t know if there is any connection, however, I have read somewhere that cutting back serverely on fats can contribute to Heart disease. So go figure? I take a Grapefruit Pectin pill to Lower Cholesterol, I read many years ago, it was like Drano for the arteries! And you may never have a Heart attack! Don’t qoute me exactly, However, I am doing fine at 43 and overweight and my heart/blood levels to be concerned with are great! Thank the Lord! I read about Grapefruit pectin in a doctors Letter about supplements. Hopefully I am avoiding any immediate heart ailments. I can still go on a treadmill fairly well without getting to winded, I have been unable to get on a treadmill since last September, I have had Plantar Faiciatus in my foot that I have been getting treatment for. Pray that I will be able to get back to a workout schedule. I am still trying to get in walking at the mall as pain in my foot permits. Before you run out and get some Grapefruit pectin, be sure you are not taking any Blood thinners. Mixture with Grapefruit products like grapefruit juice can kill. I don’t know about the pectin product, it is the rind or shell of the grapefruit. So check with your doctor! Another arterie cleaner is Cayenne pepper. It cleans as well as supports arteries and is good for a number of good things that you might investigate. I suggest taking the capsules with a meal, otherwise it might cause acid reflux. They have a no burn cool cayenne for sensitive stomachs. You might give some of these things a try, although ask a doctor, You might educate him though! Let me share this with you:

10 signs you may need to discuss with your Doctor:

-Sleep disturbances

-Dramatic weight fluctuations/changes in eating patterns

-Unexplained physical symptoms

-Diffuculty controlling anger

-Compulsive/obsessive behaviors

-Memory Problems

-Shunning social activity

-Sex is no longer fun

-Mood swings and erratic behavior noticed by more than one person

-Chronic fatigue,tiredness

If any of these describe your behavior, contact your doctor and request a physical. If everything seems normal physiologically, ask your doctor if you might benefit from professional counseling.

And as always seek God In prayer! Prayer can change things! Things happen for a reason, Even you tuning in to this blog, you or someone you know may benefit from this info. God is the Healer, and can heal at an instant or over time. He may use Doctors, or bring you the knowledge for the situation you are in. He is ultimately the answer to lifes problems and questions. My first experience with mental health was through a forced situation. I went out to a club with friends one night, and the next day ended up in the hospital out of my head not knowing what I was doing. I could have possibly had a reaction to prescription drugs and a common food, I have since learned. Or someone could have put something into my drink like PCP. Any way I have survived, however, it has been a long journey since the fall of 1988. I really was already depressed but didn’t really pay attention until I was stressed out, and thought I wanted to go with friends to a club. I don’t do clubs or drinking anymore! There is nothing, or no one at a bar that I need. Drinking to excess or even a little is not the solution to lifes problems. Only Jesus and his word is a solution to life here and the hereafter. Those that seek the Lord, Shall lack no good thing!, I didn’t know that and a lot more early on. Be carefull which medications the Doctor may put you on, do research, however do not go overboard. God can lead you to the proper care. You may just need some exercise, vitamins, good friends who will not take you to a bar or club. I wish I had known early on about a lot of things I know now! Keep coming back to this blog if you want to hear some of that on occasion. You may save your self some heart ache. The Biggest thing is to seek God and rest, there is more to life than 9-5. I know you need to pay the bills, I am seeking balance in life and the promises of God. Do your part and trust Jesus for the rest, especially that which is beyond your controll. I am reminded “if you loss your Life of Christ sake, you will find it! I’m finding life in him!

Join me on this journey of life with Jesus! Smile more often when you live 4 Jesus!

Things won’t be perfect! However with the Lord he will work everything to your good! and to be a help to others along the way! He is doing it in my life already! Be a willing vessel used by the King Of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus! He Loves you and me so much! Tell everybody!

J.R. On Tract for the Lord!

Count your Blessings!

An email I recieved today, makes you think, it is as follows:

If you woke up this morning
                           with more health than illness,
you are more blessed than the
million who won’t survive the week.

                           If you have never experienced
                           the danger of battle,
                           the loneliness of imprisonment,
                           the agony of torture or
                           the pangs of starvation,
you are ahead of 20 million people
                           around the world.

If you can attend a church meeting
                           without fear of harassment,
                           arrest, torture, or death,
you are more blessed than almost
three billion people in the world.

If you have food in your refrigerator,
clothes on your back, a roof over
your head and a place to sleep,
you are richer than 75% of this world.

If you have money in the bank,
in your wallet, and spare change
in a dish someplace, you are among
the top 8% of the world’s wealthy.

If your parents are still married and alive,
you are very rare, especially in this World
                           today.

If you hold up your head with a smile
on your face and are truly thankful,
you are blessed because the majority can,
                           but most do not.

If you can hold someone’s hand, hug them
or even touch them on the shoulder,
you are blessed because you can
                          offer God’s healing touch.

If you can read this message,
you are more blessed than over
two billion people in the world
that cannot read anything at all.

You are so blessed in ways
                          you may never even know.
