A member of a certain church, who previously had been attending services regularly, stopped going. After a few weeks, the preacher decided to visit him.
It was a chilly evening. The preacher found the man at home alone, sitting before a blazing fire. Guessing the reason for his preachers visit, the man welcomed him, led him to a comfortable chair near the fireplace and waited.
The preacher made himself at home but said nothing. In the grave silence, he contemplated the dance of the flames around the burning logs. After some minutes, the preacher took the fire tongs, carefully picked up a brightly burning ember and placed it to one side of the hearth all alone then he sat back in his chair, still silent.
The host watched all this in quiet contemplation. As the one lone ember’s flame flickered and diminished, there was a momentary glow and then its fire was no more. Soon it was cold and dead.
Not a word had been spoken since the initial greeting. The preacher glanced at his watch and realized it was time to leave. He slowly stood up, picked up the cold, dead ember and placed it back in the middle of the fire. Immediately it began to glow, once more with the light and warmth of the burning coals around it.
As the preacher reached the door to leave, his host said with a tear running down his cheek, ‘Thank you so much for your visit and especially for the fiery sermon. I shall be back in church next Sunday.’
We live in a world today, which tries to say too much with too little. Consequently, few listen. Sometimes the best sermons are the ones left unspoken.
Keep your fire for Jesus burning within your heart and attend the church of your choice this sunday!
Have a great weekend!
God Bless you!

When everyone on earth was dead and waiting to enter Paradise, God appeared and said, ‘I want the men to make two lines.
One line for the men who were true heads of their household, and the other line for the men who were dominated by their women. I want all the women to report to St. Peter.’
Soon, the women were gone and there were two lines of men.
The line of the men who were dominated by their wives was 100 miles long and in the line of men who truly were heads of their household, there was only one man.
God said, ‘You men should be ashamed of yourselves, I created you to be the head of your household!
‘You have been disobedient and have not fulfilled your purpose!
‘Of all of you, only one obeyed. Learn from him.’ God turned to the one man, ‘How did you manage to be the only one in this line?’
The man replied, ‘My wife told me to stand here.’
Hope the above gave you a Laugh!
Have a blessed Day in the Lord!

Do you not know? Have you not
heard? The LORD is the everlasting
God, the Creator of the ends of
the earth. He will not grow tired
or weary, and his understanding
no one can fathom.
( Isaiah 40:28 *NIV ) The Puzzle:
A father wanted to read a magazine but was being bothered by
his little daughter, Kelly. Finally, he tore a sheet out of his
magazine on which was printed the map of the World.
Then tearing it into small pieces, he gave it to Kelly, and said,
“Go into the other room and see if you can put this together.”
He was sure that would keep her busy all afternoon!
After only a few minutes, Kelly returned and handed him the
map, correctly fitted together. The father was surprised and asked
how she had finished so quickly.
”Oh,” she said, on the other side of the paper is a picture of
Jesus. When I got all of Jesus back where He belonged, then the
World came together…..

like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs

keep Jesus in the center of your life, and your World will come
together as well! May the God of peace,
who through the blood of the eternal

It is written, If anyone is in Christ, he is a new
creation; old things have passed away;
behold, all things have become new.
( 2 Corinthians 5:17 *NKJV )
Dear Blog Readers,
Today we will look at what our true identity in Christ is,
and what it means as well. So let us begin…
[We are justified, declared not guilty of sins]
Being justified freely by His grace through
the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
(Romans 3:24)
[No condemnation awaits us]
There is therefore now no condemnation to
those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not
walk according to the flesh, but according
to the Spirit. ( Romans 8:1)
[We are set free from the law of sin & death]
Because through Christ Jesus the law of the
Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin
and death. (Romans 8:2)
[We will be made alive at our resurrection]
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all
shall be made alive. (1 Corinthians 15:22)
[We receive God’s righteousness]
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin
for us, that we might become the righteousness
of God in Him. (2 Corinthians 5:21)
[We are all one, with all other believers]
For you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you
are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed,
and heirs according to the promise.
(Galatians 3:28-29)
[We are blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ]
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ, whop has blessed us in the
Heavenly realms with every spiritual
blessing in Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)
[We are adopted as God’s Children]
In love he predestined us to be adopted as
his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance
with his pleasure and will. (Ephesians 1:4-5)
[We will be brought under Christ’s headship]
To bring all things in heaven and on earth
together under one head, even Christ.
(Ephesians 1:10)
[The Holy Spirit marks us as belonging to God]
you also were included in Christ when you
heard the word of truth, the gospel of your
salvation. Having believed, you were marked
in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,
who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those who are God’s
possession (Ephesians 1:13-14)
[We can come with freedom into God’s presence]
In him and through faith in him we may
approach God with freedom and confidence.
(Ephesians 3:12)
[We have been given fullness in Christ]
You have been given fullness in Christ, who
is the head over every power and authority.
(Colossians 2:10)
[We will have Eternal Life]
Therefore I endure all things for the sake
of the elect, that they also may obtain the
salvation which is in Christ Jesus with
eternal glory. (2 Timothy 2:10)

Whether you voted Republican or Democrat, the Lord has ordered the steps of the man he wanted in office. For those like myself who voted for the Republican candidates, we may not understand. However, the lord is in control! The bible says he appoints those in charge of the governments of the nations. We must pray for President Barack Obama as he prepares for his term in the White House. May he truly stand for God and Country and for all the races and nationalities of America. I believe this is only still preparing for the return of Jesus to catch away his Church. May we always be prepared to meet our savior when he returns! Pray for this ministry and the Lord’s Favor as I pray the same for all my Blog traffic.
Have a Blessed Day in the Lord! Looks like a Wonderfull sunny day where I live, hope the same for you!
