    If God brings you to it he’ll bring you through it…………. ONE.  Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.  TWO… Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other. THREE.  Don’t believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want. FOUR  When you say, ‘I love you,’ mean it.  FIVE. When you say, ‘I’m sorry,’ look the person in the eye. SIX  .Be engaged at least six months before you get married. SEVEN.. Believe in love at first sight. EIGHT.  Never laugh at anyone’s dream. People who don’t have dreams don’t have much. NINE  . Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it’s theonly way to live life completely. TEN. .  In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling. ELEVEN.  Don’t judge people by their relatives. TWELVE.  Talk slowly but think quickly.THIRTEEN.  When someone asks you a question you don’t want to answer,smile and ask, ‘Why do you want to know? ‘FOURTEEN.  Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk. FIFTEEN.  Say ‘bless you’ when you hear someone sneeze. SIXTEEN.  When you lose, don’t lose the lesson SEVENTEEN.  Remember the three R’s: Respect for self; Respect forothers; and responsibility for all your actions. EIGHTEEN…  Don’t let a little dispute injure a great friendship.. NINETEEN.  When you realize you’ve made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it. TWENTY.  Smile when picking up the phone… The caller will hear it in your voice. I have said this Blog would also be about health. I have over the years, thanks to the Lord. Learned a few things that have helped me avoid seeing the Doctor. I read articles or get things in the mail that I believe was really God sent, so to speak. One thing I have learned is called Drano for the Arteries. Blood flow is important as you know for many reasons. I read a Doctors Journal which said taking Grapefruit Pectin. A supplement you get in Pill form at The Vitamin Shoppe or Puritans Pride Catalog. This is able to clear your arteries with much success. I have been taking it for some 10 years now. I intend on bypassing the bypass surgery. Also Pomagranate juice and Mangosteen Juice also help clear the arteries.One note though, if you are taking Blood thinners, Do not mix Grapefuit juice with it, It can be deadly, I don’t know about the Grapefruit pectin pills. I also learned that to balance blood sugar take Cinnamon and a Herb called Gymnema Sylvestre. The Herb is readily used in India. And from what I have heard they don’t have Diabetes. I have been taking it for some years now and my blood sugar test have been excellent. Praise the Lord!!! In the coming months I may be offering a Supplement or Drink you can get for your health called Vemma Shots. Thay have the Mangosteen juice and other good juices in them for your health and well being. Consider getting a Christian car tag for your front bumper. I have said this before on this blog. It has been a car tag like “God Loves You!” that has made my day. I’ve seen some good new ones yesterday in my riding around. God will bless you for sharing such a message. In todays world, we need to encourage one another so much the more. Another good tag is “Prayer Changes Things”. So consider putting a tag on your car, don’t just ride around advertising for the dealership with there tag. To commemorate her 69th birthday,   actress/vocalist, Julie Andrews made a   special appearance at   Manhattan’s Radio City Music Hall for   the benefit of the AARP . One of the   musical numbers she performed was ‘ My   Favorite Things ‘ from the legendary   movie ‘ Sound Of Music ‘ . Here are the   lyrics she used:   (Sing It!) If you sing it, its especially   hysterical!!!  Botox and nose drops and   needles for knitting, Walkers and   handrails and new dental fittings, Bundles   of magazines tied up in string, These are a   few of my favorite things.Cadillacs and   cataracts, hearing aids and   glasses, Polident and Fixodent and false   teeth in glasses, Pacemakers, golf carts   and porches with swings, These are a few   of my favorite things.When the pipes leak,   When the bones creak,When the knees go   bad,I simply remember my favorite   things, And then I don ‘ t feel so bad.Hot   tea and crumpets and corn pads for   bunions, No spicy hot food or food cooked   with onions, Bathrobes and heating pads   and hot meals they bring, These are a few   of my favorite things.Back pain, confused   brains and no need for sinnin ‘ , Thin   bones and fractures and hair that is   thinnin ‘ , And we won’t mention our   short shrunken frames, When we   remember our favorite things.When the   joints ache, When the hips break, When   the eyes grow dim, Then I remember the   great life I’ve had, And then I don’t feel so   bad.   Ms. Andrews received a standing ovation from the   crowd that lasted over four minutes and repeated   encores.   Have a Super Friday! and a Spectacular weekend!   God bless you!   J.R. on Tract!      www.johnlrasmussen.com
